In almost 20 years of experience as a manager of both projects and people (and the last 10 years focused specifically on building the capacity of supervisors and leaders) I’ve found that traditional approaches to leadership development overlook the mind-body connection and don’t recognize the systemic biases woven into their models.
I’ve created a leadership development model, steeped in my lived experience and extensive training, to help leaders feel grounded and clear headed, even during busy times and challenging situations, and to build inclusive teams of engaged individuals.

My holistic framework includes technical skills, body-based practices, challenging the status-quo, and compassionate accountability because we need more calm, level-headed and creative folks to solve the challenges we’re facing.
